An aspiring UX/UI Designer
Sara Zinn is passionate about designing products that are intuitive and exciting. She is driven to create quality interfaces that are understandable by everyone and keep the end user in mind.
Sara is currently pursuing a Bachelor of Arts in Human and Computer Interactions with a minor in New York Studies at the Macaulay Honors College in Baruch College. She expects to graduate December 2022. She has also completed several UX Design Courses through LinkedIn Learn and Cengage to complement her formal studies.
Sara has been working as a part-time graphic and web designer for Daf A Week for the past three years. Her accomplishments include redesigning the organization's website as well as producing media for both print and digital distribution. In 2021, Sara designed the layout for a classroom workbook and accompanying poster for Bais Tefilla of Inwood. The book is scheduled to be released in the coming months, and the poster is already available for sale in Jewish bookstores.
In her free time, Sara loves to volunteer. Since 2018, she has been an active volunteer for Chai Lifeline, an organization serving children and families impacted by pediatric illness. In 2022, Sara was a volunteer group leader for Birthright, an organization that sponsors heritage trips to Israel for Jewish young adults. Sara also volunteers as an Honors Program Ambassador of Baruch College and is a point of contact for prospective Baruch students and their families.
